Chicken, ham & leek pie 🥧 Had to make the BEST pie for national pie week 😍 I love this recipe as it’s so quick and easy and yet very very tasty! Ingredients: 200g cooked ham 300g chicken breast 1 large leek Few sprays of oil (I use sunflower) 1 tin of chicken soup (I use @aldiuk it’s my FAV!) 150ml chicken stock 1 pre-made sheet of puff pastry @jus_rol 1egg for the egg wash Pop in the oven for 30 minutes at 180c And that’s it!
